Reset your password

Request a secure reset link from the RosterPal app:

1. Open RosterPal and select Forgot password?
2. Enter your staff number and select Send reset link.
3. Check your registered email inbox and junk folder, then open the link in the email.

If you already have a reset email, use its full link. This page alone cannot change your password.
